Highland Media & Entertainment Group is a dynamic entertainment company founded by two brothers, Victor S. Rozier, Sr. and Duiane Ford from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with deep roots in Morrocco’s Francisville neighborhood. The company draws inspiration from a rich heritage that has shaped their artistic vision. Starting in their teenage years as a hip-hop group, the founders produced over 30 songs, independently released a compilation album “Chain Reaction” and Ford directed, edited and distributed “Doughboy”, an independent film. These early endeavors in music, film and video production laid the groundwork for what would become a multifaceted entertainment enterprise as they honed their skills in music production, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.
The journey to establishing Highland Media & Entertainment Group has been unconventional yet marked by resilience and a relentless pursuit of creative excellence. Upon pursuing different career paths and establishing other businesses, the brothers have come full circle and have returned to their passion for entertainment, now with a broader vision. With the launch Highland Media & Entertainment, they are not only returning to their musical roots but also expanding their creative vision into the world of film production with a desire to share their unique experiences with the world by blending their love for music, culture, and storytelling.
